Encouraging Words: Simon Says Stamp Blog Hop + Giveaway!

Welcome to part 2 of the Simon Says Stamp "Encouraging Words" Blog Hop!!!
We're celebrating a new release full of encouraging and kind words.

To inspire you, I've created several cards using stamps and dies from this release.
To start off, I have the silly bear from the Encouraging Animals stamp and die set sitting over stamped Stitched Alpha's HUGS.

Next is the grumpy "Cool Cat" wearing some really stylish glasses also from the
Encouraging Animal stamp and die set. This little guy is set on a quickly watercolor stripe background.

Oh this Kaleidoscope background. The moment I saw it I new I'd want to white emboss it and use my watercolors to paint areas of blues and greens. I die cut the Kindness Matters die from Audrey Blue cardstock, backed it with white and added it the card.

A little space action going on for this next card. I used the Space Journey and Tickle Breeze dies with white cardstock colored with some Copic markers. To keep things simple, I used black cardstock for my sky. I die cut You're a Star from white cardstock and glued it in place to complete the card.

Words of encouragement are so important these days. This message comes from the
Thank You Teacher stamp set simple white embossed on black cardstock set upon some strips of pattern paper.

Simon Says Stamp: One of a Kind Blog Hop + Giveaway

Welcome to the Simon Says Stamp One of a Kind Blog Hop!!! If you're coming from May Park's blog, you're in the right place!!

I have a few cards to share with use using products from the release.

This first one uses the So Cool stamp and die set with the new Watermelon and Key Lime inks.

I couldn't resist using the Thoughtful Bouquet stamps with my watercolors and a bit of color pencils for  some extra shading.

This cute little Fox was die cut and shaded with Orange Slush ink. I set him in the Fonder frame with a background of Smoke yardstick embossed with the Circle Doodle embossing plate.

Next up are some tags I've created using the Fingerprint stamp set. I created an entire background of colored inks and stamped a few critters.

And finally, a birthday tag with a couple of cute Chicks!

Simon Says Stamp Cherished Collection Blog Hop + Giveaway

Welcome everyone!!!
Today we're celebrating the release of the Simon Says Stamp Cherished collection !!

I have a few cards that I've created. This first one uses the Circular Lace Stencil with Distress inks blended through. Once I had my colors down, I removed the stencil and gave the paper a spritz of water. I used the Eyelet Large Border die on the bottom and placed the panel onto a top folding white card. I white embossed my greeting for the Thoughtful Messages set onto some printed paper and mounted to the card.

Next up is a quick and easy Birthday card featuring the Big Perfect Shapes stamps. I inked them up with Distress inks, spritzed with water and stamped onto watercolor cardstock. I Used the Wonky Heart Die along with my birthday greeting to complete the card.

Finally I have a fun card using the Wonky Hearts and Wonky Rectangle dies with an acrylic painted background. I used Dina Wakley paints with my finger for quick and easy coverage. Once the paint was dry, I die cut the panel.  I also die cut the word Wonky and paired it up with friend for a fun message.

I hope I've given you some inspiration using some of our new items. Your next stop on the hop is to the talented Nina Marie Trapani!

I've listed the entire release below, I hope you enjoy!
